What is The Enabler?

The Enabler is a next generation learning, employee enablement and performance support system that allows you to efficiently bring teams together to build and maintain a library (network) of knowledge, content, and tools that improve organizational performance.

Capture knowledge from across the organization

Quickly and easily capture knowledge and insights from all employees. Integrated desktop, webcam and screen capture utilities facilitate the submission of important content from across the company. Contributions are collected and catalogued for further curation by assigned individuals.

Create learnings and knowledge products

Easily create interactive communications and learning experiences that can be published anywhere. Responsive HTLM5 content plays seamlessly on any device. Capture attention with diverse content types including Interactive Videos, Micro-Learnings, and Courses. Learner experiences are tracked using the integrated X-API and stored in The Enabler Learning Record Store (LRS). Need SCORM? No problem we do that too.

Curate engaging learning experiences

Non-Authors can assemble, personalize and assign collections and learnings from libraries of finished content to foster team learning and individualized coaching. Learners monitor their own monitor progress through badging and certification. Managers analyze progress and effectiveness through robust and extensive reporting.

Content can be published anywhere for self-discovery and shared with any non-user. Open Source Technology

The Enabler is the only learning curation solution to deliver turnkey enterprise class functionality. Sitting on a platform of Drupal* and X-API enabled, it provides virtually unlimited extensibility and support. APIs allow you to easily integrate The Enabler with your intranet and many other existing enterprise applications. Content and data can be captured from and shared with other repositories. Publish learnings to any platform or service including Salesforce®. Transfer LRS data to 3rd party reporting, LMS or CRM systems. Single Sign On and integrated identify management available upon request.
